New navigation database – North America
A new navigation database is available for North America, including Canada, USA, Mexico, the Caribbean, and central american countries. The database can be download either by using the Simgeneering setup utility or the database download function in the G1000 simulator, see the setup guide.
This database replaces the existing USA database, so if you download the North America database you should manually remove the USA database afterwards. To do this, delete the /data/USA/ directory from the G1000 simulator main directory. Then in the config.xml file, delete the USA database descriptor:
